Support Tips:

1. Before contacting the support team, make sure you search the College Prep Genius Knowledge Base. So many of your questions can be answered here.

2. Submit a formal support ticket. We know your first inclination will be to call, but our support team does not answer the phone. We operate solely via email. To make sure your ticket is addressed, you must submit a support ticket properly.

3. Be nice. We are here to help. There is never a reason to be abrasive or unprofessional when contacting the support team.

4. Support Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am to 5pm CST, Closed Saturday and Sunday
